This will reportedly use the new Rockchip RK3399, already available in the Samsung Chromebook Plus.
16 hour battery would be damn impressive, is this confirmed?
16 hours is what was quoted in ASUS’ press release, there is no confirmation of the CPU or chipset yet, so it’s hard to tell exactly.
Will this new chromebook C101 come with a bright screen?
Just testing one right now and the screen quality is good/bright, and that’s without it being plugged in
Any updates on release?
No release date is confirmed yet, although some new details emerged from Computex. We now know the CPU, dimensions, and port configuration for the C101. It will be offered in 4GiB/16GB and 8GiB/32GB configurations.
Please notify me when it’s available online, I have the first and Im still pleased with it, theup-version is on my wish list
