Ok so to be clear, because I have this laptop and it did not come with a stylus pen/pencil. I can purchase a stylus pen from Amazon that is an “ACTIVE” stylus? palm rejection included? Where i won’t need to wear gloves? The screen is basically digitized?
I won’t have to buy a capacitive stylus right because this laptop ” cp311-1h-c1fs” takes active stylus? So, can i use the apple pencil with it or cheaper version to apple pencil?
Hi Sha, the Apple pencil is not compatible with any non-Apple products and this is not a capacitive screen either. You need a Wacom EMR compatible pen, or the Acer Active Stylus EMR Pen ASA640 P/N: NP.STY1A.010
Hi. Im trying to understand the difference between active, passive, capacitive stylus. I googled wacom emr compatible pen and they are pricey for me. My limit is $20. Can i use Accupoint Active stylus? Wacom bamboo, Lamy Al star EmR didital pen? Would i need to buy a glove as well or is it palm rejection?
I ordered ”
Mixoo Stylus Pens for Touch Screens – Disc & Fiber Tip 2 in 1 High Sensitivity Universal Stylus for iPad, iPhone, Tablets and Other Capacitive Touch Screens (White)” last week and it will be here saturday (hasn’t shipped yet) should i cancel that order?
The capacative ones will act just like a finger on the screen with no real precision. The Wacom Bamboo is not compatible. If you want a direct replacement pen, look for the Acer part number I mentioned above. Good luck!
Do i need to but a glove??? I already checked a replacement pen for acer part you mentioned that’s why i asked if Lamy Al Star EMR Digital stylus is good and if Accupoint Active stylus is good.
Sorry but i really need to get this stylus for work. Thank you
