ASUS #Chromebook C202 released and shipping now at Amazon
in New ReleasesASUS’ newest Chromebook is the rugged and modular 11″ C202. It didn’t show up for presale – it just came in stock at Amazon out of nowhere today. There is very limited stock as of this writing. We will have price updates as more retailers get them in stock or offer preorders.
There are two model variants in the US, the C202SA-YS01 with 2GB of RAM and the C202SA-YS02 with 4GB of RAM.
The screen is an 11″ anti-glare standard HD display with a 180° Hinge. Both models feature Intel Celeron N3060 Braswell dual core processors @ 1.6GHz and 16GB of storage. They feature the latest Bluetooth 4.2 and 802.11ac Wi-Fi. The keyboard and power jack are modular, which makes repairing these two common failure points easy.
